Privacy.

This is the privacy notice for Brew City Roofing and Construction, 2232 N Oakland Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Questions: info@brewcityroofing.com or (414) 779-2101.

1. What we collect

When you send a form, we collect the fields you filled in: name, phone, email, address, the roof issue, whether you said it is an insurance claim, and any photos you attach. We also store the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referrer, and ad click IDs if they were in the link (utm, gclid, fbclid).

If you check the text or email box, we store that you checked it, the exact sentence next to the box, and the time. The boxes start unchecked. A quote does not require them.

2. Why

To call or write you back about the roof, to know which ad or page the request came from, and to keep a record of consent if you opted in. Photos are so the crew can see the problem before the visit.

3. Where it goes

Forms are set up for Netlify Forms. If a webhook address is configured later, the same lead can also be sent to a database or CRM the company chooses. We do not sell your information.

4. Ads and analytics

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel run only after real measurement IDs are put in the site config. Until then, those tags are not loaded. If they are turned on, they use cookies to measure visits and ad results. You can control cookies in your browser.

5. How long

Lead records are kept long enough to do the work and to show where a lead came from. Ask us if you want a copy or want it deleted, and we will handle what we are able to delete from the tools that store it.

6. Children

This site is for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed at children.
