SMS terms.

These terms cover text messages from Brew City Roofing and Construction.

1. Who texts you

Brew City Roofing and Construction, 2232 N Oakland Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Phone (414) 779-2101. Email info@brewcityroofing.com.

2. What the messages are

Quotes, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up about the roof you asked about. This is not a general marketing blast unless you agreed to that in a separate, unchecked box.

3. The consent line

The box on the forms says: “I agree to receive text messages from Brew City Roofing and Construction at the number I provided, about quotes, inspections, and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not required to get a quote.”

It is unchecked when the page loads. Leaving it unchecked does not block a quote.

4. Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your project.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

6. STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (414) 779-2101. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation text.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not sell phone numbers. See the privacy notice for what a form submission stores, including the consent timestamp.
